4 tips for training ABS

Everyone thinks abs are all about sit ups and fancy machines at the gym. Here’s some important things to know about those ever so important core muscles. #1 you train abs for functional purposes like spine stability and injury prevention, not to “see them”. You SEE your abs only by eating and maintaining a good body composition. #2. If you’re going to train your abs don’t mess around with moves you can do 100 of without feeling the effects. #3. Make sure to activate the lower abs more with isolated exercise as the upper abs get activated a lot more in regular compound movements. (All the moves shown in video do just that) #4.
