Holly with Zen Works is wonderful. I did a few Craniosacral therapies with her over the past few months and I can already feel the amazing impact. I have struggled with anxiety, depression and infertility over the past several years. And, in a few sessions we were able to target some of the traumas I have experienced and help heal parts of my brain and body through Craniosacral work. Her personality, space and overall vibe is calming, accepting and healing. I met Holly about a year and a half ago and began training with her. Immediately I realized she was not like other trainers. Working with Holly has changed my life! I have struggled with my weight for my entire life. I have tried every “diet,” been in and out of the gym, lost weight then gained it back (plus some). Nothing has ever stuck for me. I just finished a 4 week program that involved virtual training, life coaching sessions, nutritional support, and mental/emotional support. The virtual training is amazing. I have two sets of dumbbells and a yoga mat. I would log on to video chat, and I would receive great workouts right in my living room! You would think living room workouts would be easy, but this is not true. It is hard work, and definitely worth it!

The most important thing for me has been the mental support and life coaching. We have talked to figure out WHY I have continually failed with the “most popular” diets. Digging deep, and determining my why has been the game changer. I have completely changed my outlook on health and fitness, looking at it in a positive (I’m doing this because I feel better when I’m healthy) rather than in a negative (I have to lose 50 pounds) way.
